OurAupair may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Advertiser terms and conditions form part of our general terms for use of the Site. OurAupair also has a comprehensive privacy policy for users.

Our Rights to use Information you send us
OurAupair welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. OurAupair accepts no liability should this occur.
Do not enter any information on your profile that you are uncertain of as premium paid member will have access to this information
For the purposes of this agreement the words "OurAupair", "OurAupair Resources plc.", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to OurAupair Resources plc. and "Site" to materials delivered on http://www.OurAupair.ie and http://www.ouraupair.com other co-branded versions of the site.
Pricing
Service prices can be altered at any time but generally on the 1 of January every year. The price quoted includes all taxes and charges applicable
Username and Password
You are responsible for ensuring the confidentially of your information. You are responsible for all uses of your registrations whether you authorize this or not. Ouraupair retains the right to cancel / suspend membership if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information to the site. Any unautharised posting of contact details or any material that Ouraupair may deem offensive will result in account been dactivated, suspended edited or removed by Ouraupair. If you have paid membership you will NOT get a refund.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your premier membership with Ouraupair within 14 days in accordance with European consumer protection legislation (distant selling) Directive 97/7/EC) provided you have already not used our services… e.g. you have not carried out any searches for families or au pairs.
There is no refund once searches are done.
If you send or receive an email, you have taken use of our service, and our service is deemed to be provided completely.
In the rare case of a double payment we will, of course, reimburse your account. Just let us know.
If you decide to cancel your premium before your 60 days membership is up, there is no refund. You can not put your membership on hold.
